Arrival
The first time was on my 125cc orange Honda motorbike during some very cold, and dark, weather. The second time was by car with much nicer, calmer, weather to boot.
It’s true, the landscapes really are picturesque. You feel at home in this countryside, rolling hills, and antiquated houses. The country lanes necessite something far more rural than a motorbike, but I was able to make the journey without much problem.
The City
Given that the cotswold is very much a a region of South West and South East England, there’s no one city, or town, to talk about. My journey took me right through the cotswold with a stop-off (both times) to see an old friend from Russell & Bromley days. It was lovely.
For once, everything was just as I had imagined. The Land Rovers, the homemade everything, the historical artefacts that seem to be inside every building and, of course, the beautiful scenery.
